Trust me, we’ve all worried about our body odour. Whether it’s after PE or in the summer you’re not alone!π¦
The good news? I have 5 easy tips to make you smell fresh all day long! Here’s your go-to-guide on how to smell good on budget πβ¨

π 1. Shower Daily
This one’s obvious but still important. Shower everyday especially school and sports.
β¨ Focus on:
- Armpits
- Private Parts
- Feet

π‘ Use antibacterial soap on these areas to reduce bacteria
𧴠2. Use Deodorant
Deodorant covers the smell of body odour and replaces it with a fresh smell and lasts a long time
𧑠I use:
- Nivea Black & White Invisible Roll On
- Nivea Anti-Perspirant Pearl & Beauty Roll On
π‘ These are cheap and effective and a deodorant spray is very easy to reapply!

π 3. Clean, Breathable Clothes
Tight clothes trap body sweat, making odour worse. Go for cotton or other breathable fabrics when you can – get them cheap from Primark!
π‘ Change socks and undergarments daily
π§ 4. Hydrate
Drinking lots of water everyday helps your body to function properly and minimise odour.
π‘ You can even add flavours to your water if the taste isn’t appealing – flavoured water!
π 5. Complementary Scents
Choosing to layer scents that don’t go well together can make you smell even worse, so choose a strong, long lasting scent that go with the smell of your deodorant.

π Cheap scents I use:
- So..? Ibiza Dreams
- So..? UNIQUE Truffle Cream
π‘ Costs less from Boots or Superdrug
π¬ Final Thoughts
Body odour is completely normal and with a few steps you can clean, confident and worry-free all day long π
Remember: it’s not about covering up but caring about yourself inside and out!
