Everything I post is based on my own experiences and research. I’m not a doctor, dermatologist, or professional — I’m just a girl sharing what works for me!

That means:

- Ask a professional if you’re unsure about anything for your skin, health, or body

I’m not responsible if a product doesn’t work for you — but I’m always happy to share what did work for me
